How to save and finish a workout¶
What this is for¶
A session stores a specific workout and the list of completed exercises. You can start a strength workout from a plan or add a walk manually.
How to get there¶
Choose SPORT → Training (/trainings). The view header is Trainings.
Step by step¶
- Choose New Session and set Training type.
- For Gym, choose a Training plan. For Walk or Treadmill walk you create the session without a plan.
- Fill in the optional Description, Duration (min), Date, Time (optional) and Color, then choose Start session.
- In the session details, mark completed exercises. Add exercise opens a new exercise form; save it with the Add button.
- Choose Finish session when you want to end the whole session.
- To find a finished workout, change Status to Completed or All. Open the card; Reopen opens the session again.

Common mistakes / pitfalls¶
- A new Gym session requires choosing a plan. The default Active filter hides finished sessions.
- Treadmill speed must be greater than 0 and no more than 30 km/h, incline from 0 to 40%, and distance greater than 0 and no more than 1000 km.
- Saving a session with a date tries to add or move the linked task. The message Session saved, but adding it to your tasks failed. means the session was saved but the planner sync failed.
- Delete entire week also covers sessions hidden by filters, including finished ones.
- The weekly minute total covers sessions visible after filtering. The difference is counted against the previous week present in the list, even after a break.
