How to log weight and body measurements

What this is for

Weight and body circumferences are saved as separate dated entries. The history and chart let you compare consecutive measurements and the change over a chosen period.

How to get there

Choose SPORT → Body (/body-measurements).

Step by step

  1. Choose Log weight, set Date and enter Weight (kg). Optionally add a Note, then choose Save.
  2. Choose Add measurements and check the Date.
  3. Enter at least one measurement. A new form may suggest circumferences from the previous set; check them before you Save.
  4. In Weight trend, choose 30 days, 3 months, 1 year or All time.
  5. Compare current weight and change in selected range. The change is the last minus the first weight in the selected range.
  6. In the history, use the edit icon to correct an entry; deleting requires confirming with Delete.

Common mistakes / pitfalls

  • The chart needs at least two weight entries in the selected range.
  • current weight shows the newest weight from the history, regardless of the chart range.
  • Circumferences must be greater than 0 and no more than 500 cm. Without a date and at least one valid measurement, Save is unavailable.
  • On a date conflict, the form asks you to edit the existing entry. A weight and a measurement set can share the same day, but the conflict concerns two entries of the same kind.
  • The view loads up to 2000 entries of each kind; the weight list shows the 20 most recent.
