How to check your plan and payments¶
What this is for¶
The Subscription & payments section shows the current plan, subscription status, billing details and invoice history. Payments are managed in the Stripe portal opened with one button.
How to get there¶
Open Settings → Subscription & payments (/settings?section=subscription).
In Settings → Account & profile there is a Subscription & payments
shortcut with the Your subscription card.
Step by step¶
- Check the subscription card: plan name (LOS · Monthly or LOS · Yearly), status and period date.
- Click Refresh to reload data from the server.
- Choose Manage billing — the Stripe portal opens, where you change the payment method, billing details and cancel the renewal.
- In the Payment history section browse invoices from the newest; PDF downloads the document and View invoice opens the invoice in Stripe.
- If the account has no plan yet, use Choose a plan, which leads to the
/pricingpage.
Fields and options¶

Common mistakes / pitfalls¶
- The message Renewal is canceled. Your access continues until the date above. means a cancellation with access until the end of the paid period.
- The Payment overdue, Unpaid and Payment incomplete statuses require action: open Manage billing and check the payment method.
- Subscription cancellation happens in the Stripe portal, not in LOS settings.
- Starting trial access through Stripe leads to the Welcome to LOS page: the account is created after the payment is confirmed, and you set the password from a separate welcome message.
